Situated in Nissaki, on the beautiful north east coast of Corfu, ‘Vitamins’ tavern is a family run business, dated back to the ‘80’s, serving excellent delicious home-made food.

Over thirty years ago my father Kostas returned to Nissaki from military service with a good idea. Greece was still recovering from the economic depression, but the first tourists were also arriving. Foods were not in general supply since most people produced their own and were well supplied from their olive groves, fields and small holdings. Kostas had the idea to establish a taverna serving the best of local produce and decided to call it 'Vitamins' to emphasise the goodness of the food.
